We have contracted four fabulous 5-star hotels to accommodate our event participants. Hotel assignments will be made by Network TwentyOne closer to the event.
For participants who wish to stay alone (no sharing), the Single Supplement charge applies: Emerald Package: +12,500 THB Silver/Platinum Package: +8,500 THB
Extra nights may be booked directly through the event website. 8,500 THB per room, per night (for 1–2 persons, including breakfast).
Yes! If you wish to bring a friend who is not part of the seminar: Pay the Single Supplement, and Add a note on the rooming list: “Sharing without Seminar / Need Breakfast.
No. Only packages that include accommodation and airport transfers will be offered.
YES. Airport shuttle bus transfers are included for all participants who purchased their GLS package. Airport pick up and transfer service will only be provided on November 12, 13 & 15 2026. Flight details can be entered on the events website and must be provided no later than September 1st, 2026 to guarantee your airport/hotel pick up.
Yes. The stage language will be English, and LIVE VOICE translation will be provided in many (but not all) languages, depending on participation from each market
All registrations are confirmed upon receipt of the non-refundable deposit (5000THB for EarlyBird / 8000 for Regular Price). Cancellations received before 31 March 2026 will be refunded 80 % of the amount paid (excluding the deposit). Cancellations received between 1 April and 31 May 2026 will be refunded 50 % (excluding the deposit). After 1 June 2026, payments are non-refundable. Participant substitutions may be accepted until 15 September 2026 with written approval from your local Network TwentyOne office. All refund requests must be submitted in writing; bank or currencyconversion fees are the participant’s responsibility.
